Now, under Taliban and ISIS control, they are being targeted and killed for their shared values in basic human rights, gender equality, and democracy.

A DIFFICULT FUTURE IN A CRISIS AREA
An estiamted 6.5 million people have been displaced due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. During winter months, Ukrainians lack heat, electricity, warm clothing, and food and during non-winter months, there is an increase in fighting: mortar and missile attacks, gunfire, and more troop movements that hinders survivability and productivity as a community.
